Ever have days where you wonder which way you're going? Yep, me too! So glad for friends that help me locate true north every once in a while...

So, this card is in honor of those days where a little direction helps and done up pretty with Designer Series Paper and Chevron Ribbon makes it even sweeter! Simply die cut a few additional arrows in your choice of paper or lie a length of ribbon under the cut out. Pop the top layer of your card up with a few Stampin' Dimensionals ( pretty much my favorite product and you will not find better anywhere!)
Voila!

Baked Brown Sugar and Gold

I was so very pleasantly surprised to see how well the Baked Brown Sugar Ruffle Stretch Trim and Gold Embossing Powder coordinate - who would've thought!

And just look at those sweet little ruffles -
a perfect accent to trim along the edge.

I added a few gold sequins with Mini Glue Dots for a little added sparkle! Ta-da! Have a Happy Day or any of the other great sentiments in this stamp set.

So Very Grateful - Thank You

It doesn't go together much quicker or simpler than this.
A two-tone card, embossed and inked with just a touch of pearls in the center of a few flowers to create a stunning presentation.

With a little help from Stampin' Up's Stamp-a-ma-jig to line the bouquet up precisely, you can complete this card in just a few minutes. After cutting Whisper White card stock 4-1/8 x 5-3/8 to show a tad of Old Olive around the edges, I further cut the lower right hand corner off.

Go ahead, just whack it off, I don't think it much matters how much you have peeking out from under it. Emboss the floral bouquet onto Old Olive using White Embossing Powder and then lining it up nicely with a Stamp-a-ma-jig, stamp the same bouquet onto the Whisper White edge using Old Olive ink.

Can't Have Too Much Happy!

So what do you think of the new Hexagon Hive Thinlit Die? I think it's marvelous and am going to have ever so much fun using it on dozens of projects!

I used it this time for this fun birthday card -" you can never have too much happy" and inside it says "happy, happy, happy birthday!" Didn't take a pic before giving it away, sigh.

I die cut the frame three times, each in a different color. Whisper White, Tangerine Tango and Strawberry Slush. I then popped up the Whisper White frame using Stampin' Dimensionals and used a few hexagons from the remaining two to add some fun color.

And here's the sweet gal I made it for - Happy Birthday, Kayla! So glad to have you hanging out with our family.

Valentine Treats

Need a quick little treat(s) for Valentines? The Scalloped Tag Topper Punch makes the job simple and quick. Simply cut a piece of cardstock 2" x 6-3/4" (or as wide as you need to accommodate your treat). I scored mine at 2-3/4" and 4", punched each end with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, adhered half a doily onto it, creased it well, stamped my tag and tied it on with ribbon. Oh, and added the little candy bars!

Did you know that the little heart from the Owl Punch fits just about perfectly on this stamped heart? Punched out of Red Glitter Paper it adds a little, well, punch!

And another simple one using "Love You to the Moon", this time with the heart and the thinking cloud popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

So besides having a fun kit and a free set of markers show up on their doorstep they'll have a few more embellishments to play with. Would you like one to appear in our mailbox?
